Sync Your iCal Booking Links (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)

Once you have added the iCal links to your property in each of the three booking engines simply follow the instructions below to sync their calendars.

Step 1

Open all three calendars and find your iCal links

Step 2

Copy Airbnb iCal link

• Paste Airbnb iCal link in Booking.com “Import Calendar”

• Paste Airbnb iCal link in VRBO “Import Calendar”

Step 3

Copy VRBO iCal link

• Paste VRBO iCal link in Booking.com “Import Calendar”

• Paste VRBO iCal link in Airbnb “Import Calendar”

Step 4

Copy Booking.com iCal link

• Paste Booking.com iCal link in VRBO “Import Calendar”

• Paste Booking.com iCal link in Airbnb “Import Calendar”

Step 5

Save your settings in all three calendars.

Congratulations! You now have the calendars of all three booking engines synced to each other reducing the chances of having your property being overbooked.
